WI Voter ID Law Information. The Winnebago County LWV and ESTHER Fox Valley are sponsoring an informational meeting on the new Voter Photo ID bill. A staff member of the WI Government Accountability Board will be present to explain how the bill has changed voting in the state, and how voters lacking the necessary identification can secure it in time for the election.
